Business Policies:

Warranty - Most of our vehicles are sold with a Limited 3 month warranty!  Some vehicles we sell may have the balance of the Factory Warranty, as applicable.  Other than the specific items covered by the aforementioned warranties, Victory Auto Express sells all vehicles "as is" and DISCLAIMS  TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that may presently exist or that may occur in the vehicle. Victory Auto Express shall not have any responsibility for consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or unfitness or other deficiency of this vehicle. Victory Auto Express makes no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories.  An extended warranty may also be available. Deposits - Deposits / Down Payments are not refundable. We only want a financial commitment to secure a sale.  The payment of a deposit commits Victory Auto Express not to sell the vehicle to anyone else, likewise we expect the buyer to honor the agreement.  This applies whether the funds are taken in person, by phone, fax, or email.

Shipping - Buyers are responsible for costs of shipping.  We can arrange shipping and will gladly provide a price quote.  Should you opt to arrange your own shipping, the vehicle must be shipped within 10 calendar days from the date payment is received.  A storage fee of $25/day will be assessed thereafter.

Descriptions - We make every effort to accurately and honestly describe our vehicles, however mistakes can be made.  Trust the pictures.  If a specific option is critical to your decision and it is not pictured, please contact us with any questions or concerns before you buy.  Because of demo drives, the mileage advertised will likely be lower than the actual miles upon delivery.  If the exact mileage is critical to your decision, please contact us to get a current odometer reading.
